Welcome to the official online store of Trapperboy Entertainment ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting this website or buying anything from it, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. About the Store
This store sells music merchandise and physical media, including vinyl records, from Pooh Da God and Trapperboy Entertainment. We may change, add or remove products at any time.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. If you're younger, a parent or legal guardian must place the order for you.

3. Explicit Content
Some products, including the vinyl album Trapperboy: Born Again, contain explicit lyrics and are marked with a Parental Advisory. By ordering, you confirm that you're old enough to buy explicit content where you live.

4. Products and Descriptions
We try to show our products, colors and artwork as accurately as we can. Screens display colors differently, and vinyl color, packaging and printing may vary slightly between pressings. We don't guarantee that your screen shows every detail correctly. Product images are for illustration only.

5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in [currency] and may change without notice. Payment is due when you place your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Prices don't include shipping, taxes or duties unless we say so, and those are added at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order if there's a pricing error, a payment problem or suspected fraud.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you an order confirmation. We can decline or cancel any order for any reason, and if we do, you'll get a full refund of anything you paid for that order.

7. All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges or refunds. Please see our No Return Policy below. By placing an order, you agree to it.

8. Shipping
Shipping is handled as described in our Shipping Policy below. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

9. Fulfillment by Third Parties
We use third-party partners, including Elastic Stage, to produce, store and ship some or all orders. Processing and delivery times depend on those partners and on demand. We aren't responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.

10. Intellectual Property
All music, artwork, photos, logos, designs, text, graphics and other content on this site belong to Trapperboy Entertainment, Pooh Da God or their licensors, and copyright, trademark and other laws protect them. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use any of it commercially without our written permission. Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical copy only, not any rights to the content.

11. Personal Use Only
Products are for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, bootleg, duplicate or make copies of our products or their contents.

12. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the site, try to interfere with its security, submit false information, use it for anything unlawful, or use automated tools to buy products or scrape content.

13. Accounts and Information
If you make an account or place an order, you agree to give accurate and current information. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for everything done under your account.

We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site, you agree to that use.
